We assist in handing over the premises to the tenant and coordination of move-in of a new tenant. We organize meetings with tenants upon their request periodically, as according to contract terms. - Reporting in a format required by the client: We understand that our clients accumulate volumes of data from various sources on a daily basis. Turning this data into useful information and finding how to better utilize this information to make impactful decisions, can be a challenge. We are able to give our client a custom report as at when due.
- Technical and Contractor Management: Our expertise spans across interactive Contractor Management. We ensure our client understands how contractor management will fit in the Asset Management context. We know how to select the right contractor and contract type which suits your sourcing strategy and how to manage and monitor the results. We leave no stone unturned while managing our contractors. We handle issues such as risk management, safety-health-environment aspects, partnerships, negotiating, people management (winning the hearts of the people) and applying contracts in a complex project environment (Turnkey contracts, Public Private Partnerships PPP) will be considered.
